8" x 12" Hot or Cold Pack is just the right size for lower back, knees, elbows, tummy. Four separate chambers distribute the rice and flax in this microwave heat pack.
11" x 3" Heat Packs for feet are a must have to tuck inside a pair of slippers or socks or place directly on the floor and rest tired feet on top. (trust us, they're wonderful!)
We only use all natural ingredients, no synthetic fillers or scents. We will happily use chamomile upon request. Just let us know in notes during checkout.
We package all our Hot Cold Packs professionally in cello bags with detailed directions, perfect presentation for gift giving! Some fabric choices will include coordinating fabric for the medium pack.

Can you include a gift note?
Absolutely! Just let us know what you would like it to say in the special instructions during checkout.
What are your packs filled with?
We use a combination of rice and flax seed as we find this the best combination for both heat retention and moist heat.
Do you use synthetic scents?
Absolutely not! When requesting lavender or chamomile, please know that we use only real flower buds and essential oils, never synthetic scents.
If I want unscented, does it truly have no scent?
We add no additional scents when unscented is chosen. You may encounter a faint scent of cooked rice when heating your pack. It is mild and has been compared to baked bread.
How long does it take to heat the pack?
Since microwaves vary in wattage, there is no absolute set time. Detailed directions are adhered to the product packaging.
How cold do they get when used as cold packs?
Our packs will feel nice and cool, but they will not be ice cold like a gel pack. We recommend using the fleece side when using as a hot pack and the cotton side as a cold pack.
How do I care for my heat pack?
Use a very damp cloth to spot clean the outside, even using a fabric spray cleaner when necessary. Do not submerge in water. A pack is automatically sanitized each time it is microwaved.
How long will my heating pad last?
If well taken care of, our hot cold packs should last for several years at least.

I've been using Korean heat pads for a long time until I noticed the quality went super down on those (seriously, after a month of daily use they lose their oomph and go flat). Due to a recent car accident I have been dealing with nonstop muscle tension/stiffness on a daily basis. I LOVE that I found this shop. Their products are made with love and care and you can definitely tell. They are so well made I had to buy more! The heating instructions are so simple. I have been taught by my parents to overheat my heating pads for the most efficient treatment, but using these has taught me you don't need have a scorching heat pad to seek relief. This neck pad helps a lot with the stiffness. The heat retains well so I can have a comfortable, consistent temperature for at least 30 minutes. This product is well worth the money!
