You choose quantity and fabric (or variety mix of fabrics) in drop down menu. Eye Pillows will each be professionally packaged with detailed instruction card. You indicated unscented, lavender or chamomile in personalization section during checkout.
Lightly heat eye pillows in the microwave (15-45 seconds) and place over the sinus area for moist heat. Just make these warm - NOT HOT! Use eye pillows cold to refresh tired eyes.
Eye pillows measure approximately 8" x 4", are backed with soft fleece, and as always, are double stitched.

Can you include a gift note?
Absolutely! Just let us know what you would like it to say in the special instructions during checkout.
What are your packs filled with?
We use a combination of rice and flax seed as we find this the best combination for both heat retention and moist heat.
Do you use synthetic scents?
Absolutely not! When requesting lavender or chamomile, please know that we use only real flower buds and essential oils, never synthetic scents.
If I want unscented, does it truly have no scent?
We add no additional scents when unscented is chosen. You may encounter a faint scent of cooked rice when heating your pack. It is mild and has been compared to baked bread.
How long does it take to heat the pack?
Since microwaves vary in wattage, there is no absolute set time. Detailed directions are adhered to the product packaging.
How cold do they get when used as cold packs?
Our packs will feel nice and cool, but they will not be ice cold like a gel pack. We recommend using the fleece side when using as a hot pack and the cotton side as a cold pack.
How do I care for my heat pack?
Use a very damp cloth to spot clean the outside, even using a fabric spray cleaner when necessary. Do not submerge in water. A pack is automatically sanitized each time it is microwaved.
How long will my heating pad last?
If well taken care of, our hot cold packs should last for several years at least.

I was looking for something to bring to a spa themed party, and when I found these they almost fit the bill. I asked if I could make some changes, and the seller was quick to reply in the positive. The eye pillows themselves were a huge hit. Everyone enjoyed picking out the one they wanted and they worked wonderfully. I highly recommend both this product and this store.
