Headband is a hot or cold therapy wrap that covers the TMJ jaw area or gives pressure around the head.
Your hot cold therapy wrap headband can be worn 3 ways.
1. Around the TMJ jaw area, under the chin and attached at the top of the head with velcro.
2. As a traditional headband over the top of the head and attached at the back of the neck.
3. Around the forehead and behind the head for those who want firm pressure on around the head.
This headband warms in the microwave or cools in the freezer! It's stylish enough to wear outdoors as a way to keep cozy warm or breezy cool. Outside activities never felt so comfortable!
Measuring approximately 23" x 3" and filled with rice and flaxseed, our headband attaches with velcro either at the top of the head or the back of the neck.
Just 30 seconds in the microwave provides 30 minutes of warm, moist heat. A few hours in the freezer and you've got the perfect cold pack.
Your hot cold therapy wrap headband will come professionally packaged in a cello bag and tagged with directions. Please note that fabric pattern placement may vary slightly from the photo. Shades of solid fleece backing may vary depending on availability.

Can you include a gift note?
Absolutely! Just let us know what you would like it to say in the special instructions during checkout.
What are your packs filled with?
We use a combination of rice and flax seed as we find this the best combination for both heat retention and moist heat.
Do you use synthetic scents?
Absolutely not! When requesting lavender or chamomile, please know that we use only real flower buds and essential oils, never synthetic scents.
If I want unscented, does it truly have no scent?
We add no additional scents when unscented is chosen. You may encounter a faint scent of cooked rice when heating your pack. It is mild and has been compared to baked bread.
How long does it take to heat the pack?
Since microwaves vary in wattage, there is no absolute set time. Detailed directions are adhered to the product packaging.
How cold do they get when used as cold packs?
Our packs will feel nice and cool, but they will not be ice cold like a gel pack. We recommend using the fleece side when using as a hot pack and the cotton side as a cold pack.
How do I care for my heat pack?
Use a very damp cloth to spot clean the outside, even using a fabric spray cleaner when necessary. Do not submerge in water. A pack is automatically sanitized each time it is microwaved.
How long will my heating pad last?
If well taken care of, our hot cold packs should last for several years at least.

See other review, don't want to type it all out again! TLDR: I have a small head and seller adjusted the size to fit me better when I asked how big it was. Super cute, I am sure I can wear it at work and in public and pass it off as a headband. I love that it can be hot or cold, but wish it would stay cold a little longer. This is exactly what I was looking for, would buy again! I got the purple and the pink (one for work, one for home), super cute.

I have migraines daily and was looking for an ice/hot pack that could stay on my head and look cute at work or in public. I have a very small head and reached out to seller to ask about fit. They took my needs into consideration and made the velcro shorter to fit me better! I love that it can also be used as a heat pack as that feels better on my neck. I wish it stayed colder a little longer, but I live in triple digit weather, so it makes sense. I have not yet worn it at work but I am confident I can pass it off as a headband. I got the purple and pink and love them both. Will buy again. Thanks!
