Wearable heat wrap warms in the microwave or chills in freezer to make it a cold pack. Ideal for lower back, sciatica, hips, spine and more.
The generous straps are adjustable with sturdy hook and loop closure. Natural flax seed and rice fill three sewn in channels for even temperature regulation and comfort.
The Heat Wrap itself measures approximately 20" x 6" and is made with generous adjustable straps attached for a full total length of approximately 50". Three sewn in chambers evenly distributes the rice and flax filling.

Can you include a gift note?
Absolutely! Just let us know what you would like it to say in the special instructions during checkout.
What are your packs filled with?
We use a combination of rice and flax seed as we find this the best combination for both heat retention and moist heat.
Do you use synthetic scents?
Absolutely not! When requesting lavender or chamomile, please know that we use only real flower buds and essential oils, never synthetic scents.
If I want unscented, does it truly have no scent?
We add no additional scents when unscented is chosen. You may encounter a faint scent of cooked rice when heating your pack. It is mild and has been compared to baked bread.
How long does it take to heat the pack?
Since microwaves vary in wattage, there is no absolute set time. Detailed directions are adhered to the product packaging.
How cold do they get when used as cold packs?
Our packs will feel nice and cool, but they will not be ice cold like a gel pack. We recommend using the fleece side when using as a hot pack and the cotton side as a cold pack.
How do I care for my heat pack?
Use a very damp cloth to spot clean the outside, even using a fabric spray cleaner when necessary. Do not submerge in water. A pack is automatically sanitized each time it is microwaved.
How long will my heating pad last?
If well taken care of, our hot cold packs should last for several years at least.
